one unmarked white windowless can, no license plates, just felix chevrolet dealership cover on. made a u turn and parked next to shopping center on vernon and long beach. one of the passengers stepped out and looked around. they stopped next to someone taping coming on one of the poles. i drove around them, and when they stopped, the passenger looked my way. due to traffic moving, i couldn’t get a picture.
